Buy a robot for business
This page covers the purchase terms: what the price includes, how a deal with a company is done, which documents you receive and what remains after delivery. We match the model to the task, deliver it, launch it on site and train your team. The price is calculated for the specific model and volume; in response to your request we send a commercial offer with a specification.
What the price includes
The difference from a marketplace box is not the markup, it is this list. Everything below is part of the delivery, not a separate invoice after payment.
The robot in the right version
The model, version and configuration are fixed in the specification before payment. Working with the SDK requires the EDU version specifically; the base Air and Pro are not built for it, and we say so before the deal, not after.
Import and customs clearance
We bring the machines in with customs clearance and documents, not through a grey channel. You will not have to deal with parallel imports.
Delivery across Russia
Logistics to your site are on us.
Commissioning on site
We put the robot into operation at your site instead of handing over a box with a manual. It is a standard step, not an extra charge.
Training for your team
We teach your staff to operate and service the robot on their own, without being permanently tied to us.
Warranty and support in Russian
We handle the warranty case ourselves. The term and the scope are fixed in the contract for the specific model and delivery. Manuals and support are in Russian.
How a purchase goes and what you get at every step
The deal is made with a legal entity under a contract. Below are the steps and the documents that stay in your hands after each of them.
- 1
Request and selection
We work through the task and propose a model and version for it. If a robot does not solve the task, we will say so straight away.
In your hands: you sign nothing.
- 2
Offer and specification
We put in writing the model, version, scope of delivery, price, payment terms and lead time for that model.
In your hands: a commercial offer you can attach to an internal approval.
- 3
Contract and invoice
The supply contract and the invoice are issued by SBE-TECH LLC. We work with companies and sole proprietors, payment is by bank transfer against an invoice. The payment order is fixed in the contract.
In your hands: the contract, the specification and the invoice.
- 4
Delivery and launch
Import, customs clearance and delivery are on us. We install and configure the robot on site and train your team. Site readiness, thresholds and aisles are checked before delivery.
In your hands: the machine on site and the delivery documents.
- 5
Warranty and service
We handle the warranty case, with the term and scope fixed in the contract. After that we support maintenance and spare parts.
In your hands: warranty obligations under the contract.
Seller: SBE-TECH LLC, a Russian legal entity, tax ID (INN) 7730179201, in business since 2015. We work with companies and sole proprietors across Russia.
What usually stops people before a purchase
Bigger invoice, longer decision, higher cost of a mistake. Here are the answers to what most often stands in the way.
I will buy the wrong version and fail to program it
Working with the SDK requires the EDU version specifically; the base Air and Pro are not built for it. The version and configuration are fixed in the specification before payment, and we flag the difference in advance.
It is a radio-controlled toy, not a working tool
We sell robots for a permanent, proven task and state each model's level of autonomy honestly. If you expect full independence from a base version, we will tell you before the deal, not after.
Is it safe to put a robot with cameras on our site
The question is a fair one: on a number of models, camera access through the API has been found. For restricted sites we discuss your security team's requirements and the network design before the deal.
What if the task does not prove out and the robot ends up in a corner
Then buying is premature. Test it on your own task through a rental or a pilot and come back to a purchase once the payoff is confirmed. That is cheaper than being wrong for the full amount.

If paying the full amount upfront is not an option
What usually gets in the way is not the payback but the money upfront. Leasing spreads the cost over a schedule and the machine works from day one. A rental or a pilot lets you test the robot on your own task without large spending, and you can come back to a purchase once it is confirmed.
What the offer will contain
- the model and version for your task
- the scope of delivery and launch work
- the price and payment terms
- the lead time for that model
- the seller's company details and warranty obligations
Describe the task: we will pick a model, calculate a purchase or leasing and send a commercial offer that is convenient to defend a procurement with. Price on request.
