Robot service and support: from commissioning to spare parts

Buying a robot is half the job. The next question is who puts it into operation, trains the people and repairs it when it stops. We support the robot for its whole service life: commissioning, training, warranty service, help with spare parts. You are not left alone with the machine.

Why an expensive box stops without service

Robots from Unitree, Pudu and others are brought into Russia through parallel imports, the original vendor is not present here, and the warranty is carried by the seller rather than the factory. Hence the spread in prices, the lead time when an item is out of stock and support provided by the seller. So the point is not to deliver a robot but to make sure it works. That is our job.

Not a box with a manual, but a working robot

Everything a grey box from a marketplace does not come with: being put into operation, training, support in Russian and follow-up for the whole service life.

  • Turnkey commissioning

We put the robot into operation at your site instead of handing over a box with a manual. It is a standard step, not an extra charge.

  • Staff training

We teach your team to operate and service the robot on their own, without being permanently tied to us.

  • Russian-language support

Support and manuals in Russian. You are not left decoding a foreign-language leaflet on your own or hunting for a solution for months.

  • Warranty service

We handle the warranty case for you. The term and conditions are fixed for the specific model and delivery.

  • Help with spare parts and maintenance

We handle the search for and supply of spare parts after the rollout, so you do not have to go through a vendor contact form yourself.

  • Import, logistics and customs

We take on the import, customs clearance and delivery across Russia. You do not need to deal with parallel imports.

How the support works

We support the robot from selection through to service and spare parts. One line of responsibility instead of a set of disconnected contractors.

What usually stops people and how we address it

After payment, the machine is your responsibility. So we take on the risks people most often worry about before a deal.

  • The robot will stop 500 km away, who repairs it

We handle the warranty case, resolve part of the issues remotely and agree the repair procedure for your region and model. You are not left alone with the machine.

  • The robot stops, the process stops, downtime is expensive

Maintenance is on us, diagnostics start remotely, and the repair procedure and timelines are fixed in the contract for your site.

  • Spare parts come from abroad with long delays

We handle the search for and supply of spare parts and do not leave you alone with the vendor. Timelines depend on the model and the specific part.

  • Repairs through distributors are inconvenient

One point of entry: we run the entire service. You do not need to contact the vendor or intermediaries yourself.

  • The documentation is in a foreign language, it takes months to work through

Russian-language support and manuals in Russian. We help in the language your team understands.

  • A robot needs upkeep, consumables do not last forever

Yes, a robot needs maintenance: cleaning, consumables, the battery. We teach the upkeep and take scheduled maintenance on ourselves.

We will check whether the site is ready for a robot

We check thresholds, lifts, aisles, flooring and Wi-Fi in advance so the robot does not stop at the very first threshold. The service is provided on request.

  • Thresholds and height differences: even 2 mm can stop a robot
  • Lifts and doorway dimensions along the route
  • Aisle width and turning radii
  • Flooring type: dark and matte surfaces are harder for a robot to see
  • Wi-Fi stability along the whole route

What a robot cannot do, we say it upfront

Directness is worth more than gloss: where the machine has a limit, we name it. That way you decide with your eyes open.

  • Weather and temperature

The rated operating range of popular models (Unitree Go2) is roughly +5 to +35 °C. Snow, rain and fog are not suitable for operation.

  • Consumables and upkeep

Brushes, feet and the battery do not last forever. A robot needs scheduled upkeep. That is part of operation, not a breakdown.

  • Part of the work, not all of it

A robot takes on part of the work, not the whole process. The result depends on the site's infrastructure.

Service limits and conditions

We carry the warranty on the machine. Exact response times and the repair procedure are fixed in the contract for your region and model. We do not promise universal figures before we have seen the site and the task; that is more honest than a nice number we could not hold to.

Frequently asked questions about service

Warranty, repairs, spare parts and site readiness. Where the data is still being confirmed, we say so directly instead of inventing a figure.

What does the warranty cover and for how long?
We provide warranty service on the machine. The exact term and scope are fixed in the contract for the specific model and delivery; they differ between robots.
How quickly will an engineer arrive if the robot breaks down?
We close part of the issues remotely. The repair procedure and timelines are agreed for your region and model. We do not quote a universal response time; it depends on where you are and which robot it is.
Are spare parts available in Russia?
We handle the supply of spare parts: we find, order and bring them for you, so you do not have to deal with the vendor yourself. Timelines depend on the model and the part.
Can we start with one robot and add more later?
Yes, you can start with a single unit and scale up once the task proves out.
Who puts the robot into operation and trains the staff?
Commissioning and training are on us: we put the robot into operation on site and teach your team to operate and service it.
What site parameters matter so the robot does not get stuck?
Thresholds, aisle width, flooring type, lifts and stable Wi-Fi all matter. We suggest checking them before delivery.
Does the robot work outdoors in winter?
Most models have a rated range of about +5…+35 °C; snow, rain and fog are not suitable for operation. Outdoor and cold-weather scenarios are discussed separately for the specific model.

Not ready for a large purchase right away

Barrier number one is not the payback, it is the money upfront. So the entry point does not have to be a purchase: look at rental, leasing and the catalog.
