The price includes what a reseller does not give you: official supply, warranty support, service in Russian across Russia and commissioning. We are a direct supplier, not a box seller without support. Equipment without support is cheaper by exactly the price of those risks.

There is no single figure: across the market it ranges from a few months to a few years, and it depends on the task, the workload and your cost structure. So we do not name a number out of thin air, we calculate the payback on your own inputs. Rental or a pilot removes the risk of a mistake: first you check the return, then you buy.

No, and we do not promise a full replacement. The robot takes the monotonous and the heavy work, while people stay on control, quality and everything non-standard. Rough market proportions: in a warehouse one person with a robot does the work of 3-5 manual pickers, in a dining hall one robot covers roughly one and a half waiters, in cleaning a robot handles about half of the routine. Betting on firing everyone fails, betting on strengthening the team works.

The equipment comes with warranty support. Part of the issues we solve remotely, for the rest we agree on a response time and a site visit. Service and spare parts across Russia. We do not disappear after delivery: maintaining your fleet is part of the contract.

Yes, rental is an equal way in, not a second-rate option. You take a robot for an event, a season or a pilot without putting it on your books, and pay monthly. If the task proves itself, you move to purchase or leasing; a buyout is possible on transition, terms are agreed individually.

We help you arrange leasing, collect the document package and prepare the specification for your procurement. Leasing removes the one-off hit on the budget: the robot works from day one while you pay in instalments. We will advise on the requirements of your procedure.

It is the right question: on some models external API access to the cameras has been found. Before the deal we are ready to work out an isolated network setup for you (no access from outside, local control) that meets the requirements of your security team.

Not every site is ready straight away: a 2 mm threshold can stop a heavy machine, dark and matte surfaces are harder for the robot to see, narrow passages and an old lift get in the way of the route. That is why we run a pre-audit before delivery: thresholds, passage widths, the lift, flooring, Wi-Fi. So you do not buy a robot that cannot get through.

We publish deployment cases with sites and figures as they are cleared for release. There are still few deployments in your industry, and that is the honest answer: the market is young. That is exactly why rental and pilots exist: you do not take our word for it, you check it on your own task before buying.

It depends on the model and the version, and we state this honestly. Some robots run factory scenarios and teleoperation, some versions (usually marked EDU) can be programmed for your task and give you access to control. If you count on autonomy but take the base version, expectations will not match, so we state the degree of autonomy right on the product page.
