All we need is the date and the venue: we deliver and collect anywhere in Russia, wrap the body in your colours, and an operator runs the robot all day
Already worked at:SPIEF, the TiNAO prefecture, Patriot Park, MARCH school of architecture
[ outcome ]
A robot on site covers several of the organiser's jobs at once: it gathers the crowd, works for the brand and leaves you ready-made content.
[ process ]
Four steps. Your work ends at the first one, everything after that is on us.

[ questions ]
Short answers to what comes up most often before a request. The rest we go through when we quote your event.
We price it per event: the type of robot, the duration, the venue and the city all affect the estimate. Send us the date and the venue and we will come back with a quote listing the work included, so nothing extra appears along the way.
A clear area of roughly 2 by 2 metres so the robot can turn without hitting stands, a power socket nearby and internet. The robot works with charging breaks, and we agree the schedule around your timing. If something does not add up, write to us: almost everything can be solved when it is known in advance.
Our operator. They run the robot all day, draw guests in and show them what to do: a guest needs nothing but the willingness to walk up. Your team does not deal with the robot at all.
The operator is beside it all day and solves the problem on the spot: restart, change of mode, back to the programme. We arrive early and run everything through before the doors open, so any problem is caught without guests rather than in front of them.
We have worked outdoors in dry weather many times, city celebrations included. Rain, snow and high humidity are ruled out, that is a limit of the hardware. If the forecast is bad we plan a backup indoor scenario in advance.
The operator controls movement and distance, and the robot runs in a safe mode in a crowd. We have already worked at city celebrations and family venues with children.
We prepare documents and passes in advance. We have worked at forums and city venues with access control, SPIEF included, so the process is familiar.
First we agree what counts as a result: footfall to the booth, contacts collected or footage for social media. We build the programme and the robot's role in the timing around that goal, rather than parking it to just stand there.
Speech recognition is unreliable in noise, so we discuss those scenarios separately and shift the emphasis to movement and gestures in advance. The robot is just as much of a spectacle, only without dialogue.
Send us the date and the venue: we will confirm the robot is available and propose a scenario for your goal. Price on request.
