Terms of use

Revision of 16 August 2026.

This translation is provided for convenience only. The legally binding version of this document is the Russian one; in case of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.

1. What this document is about

1.1. The robodata.ru website belongs to SBE-TECH LLC (INN 7730179201, OGRN 1157746684501, address: Barklaya str. 6 bldg. 3, unit 7N/4, Filevsky Park district, Moscow, 121087, Russia). Below we refer to the company as «we» and to the website visitor as «you».

1.2. This Agreement explains what this website is, what a request submitted through it means, and what we are and are not answerable for.

1.3. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1.4. How we handle your data is described in a separate document: the personal data processing policy at robodata.ru/policy.

2. What this website is

2.1. The website is informational in nature. It is a showcase: a robotics catalog, descriptions of the deal formats and a way to contact us.

2.2. The website is not a public offer. Information about models, their specifications, configuration and availability is for reference only and does not mean that we are obliged to enter into a contract.

2.3. Prices are not published on the website. The cost is calculated individually: it depends on the model, the configuration, the rental period and the delivery and commissioning terms. We state it in response to your request.

2.4. Specifications, configuration and availability of equipment depend on manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice. We confirm the current terms for a specific item in response to your request.

2.5. Images of equipment are provided for information. The appearance, colour and configuration of the delivered equipment may differ from the image on the website.

2.6. The final terms of a deal are fixed in the contract only. Nothing on the website, in pre-contractual correspondence or in the replies of the AI consultant constitutes a contract or replaces one.

3. Submitting a request through the website

3.1. A completed form is an enquiry for information, not an order. It creates no obligations either for you or for us.

3.2. By submitting a request you confirm that the data you provided is accurate and belongs to you, and that if you provided someone else's contact details you are entitled to pass them on.

3.3. We work with legal entities and sole traders. The contract and the invoice are issued by SBE-TECH LLC. The contract is concluded separately, in written form.

3.4. We answer requests during business hours and reserve the right not to answer enquiries unrelated to our activity, as well as advertising and automated mailings.

4. The AI consultant on the website

4.1. An automated consultant operates on the website. It helps to select a model, answers questions about equipment and can pass your request on to a manager.

4.2. The consultant's replies are for reference only. They are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They are not an offer, a warranty or an obligation of the company. Any terms of a deal are confirmed by a manager.

4.3. Do not take purchasing decisions on the basis of the consultant's reply alone. Check the terms with a manager.

4.4. We do not control and cannot control what exactly you write in the chat. By sending a message you confirm that:

  • you are entitled to pass this information to us
  • if you provide other people's data (for example a colleague's contact details), you have the consent required for that
  • you are not sending into the chat any information constituting a secret protected by law, unless you are entitled to disclose it

4.5. Please do not give the consultant passwords, bank details or identity document details. They are not needed to select equipment.

4.6. The conversation with the consultant is stored and processed as described in the personal data processing policy. Before starting a conversation, please read section 6 of that policy: it states whom the text of your messages is passed to.

4.7. The consultant may be temporarily unavailable or may reply with a delay. This does not give a right to claim compensation from us.

5. What must not be done on the website

5.1. Interfering with the operation of the website, creating excessive load, using automated data collection tools without our written permission.

5.2. Attempting to gain access to closed sections of the website, to the database or to other people's data.

5.3. Sending through the forms or the chat any information that breaches the law, as well as other people's personal data without a legal basis.

5.4. Copying website materials for commercial use without our permission.

5.5. Impersonating another person or a representative of a company you do not represent.

6. Rights to the website content

7. Liability

7.1. We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and free of errors. The catalog is compiled from manufacturer and supplier data.

7.2. We are not answerable for decisions you have taken on the basis of information from the website without confirming it with a manager.

7.3. We are not answerable for temporary unavailability of the website, the chat or individual sections.

7.4. We are not answerable for the content of external websites linked to from ours.

7.5. The limitations in this section do not cancel the obligations we assume under a contract with you and do not restrict your statutory rights.

8. Personal data and cookies

8.1. How we process your data is described in the personal data processing policy at robodata.ru/policy.

8.2. Refusing analytics cookies does not limit your use of the website. The catalog, all sections and the request form work identically for those who consented and for those who refused.

8.3. Consent to data processing is required in order to submit a request: without your contact details we cannot reply. Simply reading the website requires no consent at all.

9. Changes to the Agreement

9.1. We may amend this Agreement. The current revision is published at robodata.ru/terms and states its date.

9.2. Changes take effect from the moment of publication. Terms of a deal that we have already agreed in a contract are not affected by amendments to this document.

10. Governing law and disputes

10.1. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement and to the relations connected with it.

10.2. We prefer to resolve disagreements by correspondence. Write to us at sales@robodata.ru and we will try to sort things out without a dispute. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is heard by a court under the rules established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.3. The Russian language revision is the legally binding one. The English and Chinese versions are provided for convenience and are for reference only.
