Cleaning and patrol robots for large areas

Automate cleaning and patrols across large areas with transparent telemetry and photo records. A robot covers roughly half of cleaning — the floors, the rest stays with people. A 20-40% reduction in headcount, not down to zero.

Getting started without a large purchase

A robot does not have to be a capital purchase up front. Start with rental or leasing: a monthly payment instead of a lump sum, and capital spending turns into operating spending.

Rental

Test a robot on your own task without putting an asset on the books.

  • An event, a season or a pilot at one site
  • No asset on your balance sheet, a quick start
  • Buyout is possible, terms are discussed
How rental works

Leasing

Put a robot to work now and pay in instalments. For companies, without a large payment at the start.

  • No one-off hit to the budget
  • A monthly payment, the robot works from day one
  • We help with the paperwork and the model
Leasing terms

Purchase

If the task is proven and permanent, take the robot into ownership with warranty and service.

  • Your own robot for a permanent task
  • Warranty support, commissioning and training
  • Service and spare parts after deployment
Purchase terms

The number one barrier in robotisation is not payback but the money up front. Rental and leasing remove it: you pay for the result by the month rather than for the hardware in full.

A monthly payment for a robot is often comparable to the salary of one front-line employee, and the robot works without sick days, holidays or turnover.

Common questions about this task

What is specific to the segment and where a robot's limits are. General questions about price, service and payback are answered on the home page.

How often does a robot break down and who repairs it?
Under intensive use, sensors and power connectors fail, the robot needs care (cleaning the brushes), and repairs through a distributor can be awkward. We close that with service support across Russia: warranty support and an agreed response time. Maintaining the fleet is our job under contract, not your headache.
Will it pay off on our floor area, and over what period?
There is no single period — the market range runs from a few months to a few years, and promising payback in X without your inputs would be dishonest. We calculate it for your site: floor area, type of surface, shifts, savings on water and chemicals (which can be several times over). A robot covers roughly half of cleaning — the floors, so we count a partial 20-40% relief for the team, not a full replacement.
Can we rent one, or start with a single robot and add more later?
Yes, and for a cautious rollout that is the best approach: a pilot with one robot at one site, and once it proves itself you scale across the network. Many do not want to commit the whole sum at once, so there is rental, leasing and instalments. Cash at the entry point should not kill a project with positive economics.
Can we see the route and keep control of the process?
Yes, and that is a value of its own, not just clean floors. Telemetry, the route and before-and-after photo records make cleaning transparent and manageable — you see what was cleaned and when instead of taking the contractor's word for it. For a management company's single control system, an open API matters.
Which site parameters do you need in order to pick a model?
Floor area and type of surface, aisle widths, threshold heights, whether there are lifts, the operating hours and the flow of people. A 2 mm threshold and dark matte surfaces are real stoppers for many machines. That is why we survey the site's readiness before picking a model: you get a robot that will actually get through and clean, rather than the most heavily advertised one.
