The AI camera module turns the Bittle X robot dog into a computer vision platform. At its core is the WiseEye2 HX6538 processor with a dual-core Arm Cortex-M55 and an Ethos-U55 neural accelerator: all image processing and AI algorithms run directly on the device, without an external server, so the module is fast and energy-efficient.
A 5 MP camera and microphone enable recognition of faces, objects (an 80-category classifier), gestures, and poses via YOLOv8. You can deploy ready-made or custom models from SenseCraft AI, with TensorFlow and PyTorch supported. Connects to the BiBoard via a Grove connector.
