More about serviceHow to fit a robot into your budget
Start with rental to test the robot on your own task without a large upfront spend. If the task is permanent, go for purchase or leasing: the equipment works from day one while payments follow a schedule.

Common questions
and objections
Short answers to what usually worries people before a deal. If your question is not here, just ask us directly.
What are the delivery timelines?
Timelines depend on availability and configuration. Once you send a request, a manager confirms availability and gives you the exact delivery and commissioning timeline.
How quickly will it pay off in our case?
We work it out for your task: what the robot replaces or speeds up, how many shifts it covers, which deal type is more favourable. Send us the inputs and we will come back with the numbers.
Does the robot work in freezing weather and rain?
Operating conditions (temperature range, protection against moisture and dust) depend on the model. Check the specifications and confirm with a manager for your site.
Will the robot replace our people?
In practice it takes over routine work and hazardous rounds, while people stay on the tasks that call for judgement. We fit the scenario to your process, not the other way around.
What if the robot breaks down? Who repairs it, and how fast?
We are a full-cycle supplier: warranty support, service coverage and spare parts. Response times and service coverage are confirmed for your region.
Can we rent first and buy it out later?
Yes. Rental is a way to test the robot on your own task without a large upfront spend. Buyout is possible, terms are agreed individually.
